A Fresh approach to Personal Development in a Changing World

By now, you likely know how important our dreams are for receiving messages.  These messages could be for life direction, in answer to our burning questions, or for a personal growth tool.  But how do we capture our dreams so we can learn the messages hidden in them?

We often hear from people that they think they don’t dream at all.  We would say that you do - you just need to practice the habit of capturing and interpreting them.  It’s like riding a bike … a little awkward at first, but then it becomes a habit that you don’t even think about.  That’s your goal here:

 ○ Go to sleep with the intention of remembering your dream.  It’s like communicating with your subconscious mind, putting it on notice that your dreams are important, so pay attention.

 ○ Have a notepad and pen handy by your bed.

 ○ Immediately when you wake, write down everything you remember about your dream - impressions, feelings, people known and unknown, numbers, names, colors - anything that stands out for you, regardless of how insignificant you think it is.

 ○ Journal about your dream.  Here’s where you can fill in the details of what you remember as you woke as well as the general way you felt in the dream.  At first, you may not remember more details, but as you practice your subconscious mind will deliver more details.

Begin capturing your dreams.  Very soon you’ll find yourself remembering more detail, more often, with greater clarity.
